Prices and Safe Supervision Requirements

Recreational Services

• Our team of recreational staff have either sporting, coaching, teaching, childcare or arts and craft qualifications and have been trained in recreational games leadership. Accordingly they are assigned to games events suited to their specific skills and experience.

• Our team have current first aid qualifications and are covered under our company’s workers compensation and public liability insurance. They have also been cleared by the Police Department and Department of Sport and Recreation and have no criminal records thereby complying with the Child Protection (Prohibited Employment) Act 1998 for child related employment.

• The cost of your special event will vary according to the travel required, set up and pack up time, size of the group, safe leadership requirements and total booking time.

Corporate Sports Days
There is a minimum two hour booking, and our basic charges start from $440.00 per hour for equipment hire and two games leaders to co-ordinate your sporting day for up to 20 staff. The prices vary for larger groups according to extra equipment hire, games leadership, travel and set up requirements.

Private Children’s Parties
Within the Sydney Metropolitan Region we conduct our games sessions for a minimum of one hour, for any number of children.

The prices of our party packages include equipment hire and two games leaders to co-ordinate your games event:

Swimming Games
A minimum of two staff are required for all swimming games activities, and only swimmers will be supervised.

We do not conduct swimming activities while there are unsupervised non-swimmers in a pool, it is too dangerous. Additional parents must directly supervise each additional non-swimmer in a pool area.

We also have an all in, all out policy, whereby once a series of games have finished and a break is being held, all the children must get out and not return to the water without staff supervision.

Vacation Care Centres
In the case of vacation care centres, schools and sporting clubs with restricted budgets, the assistance of your sporting and recreation staff may mean we do not have to bring additional staff for larger groups.

However, as with all our games events our safe supervision practice requirements specify that a minimum of two of our trained games leaders are required to supervise your games session.

Training Services

• Staff Training - for customer service, sales or recreation staff.
  The basic rate starts at $390 per hour and there is a minimum two hour booking. The initial consultation session is included in this rate. There is an additional charge for further planning and the production of session summaries for staff.

  There are further charges if detailed training notes in booklet format are required for each of your trainees. The final overall prices will vary depending on the planning time, detail of the training notes required, number of staff to be trained and the frequency and duration of the training sessions.

• Computer Training
  The basic rate starts at $60 per hour for individual child or parental tuition and $150 per hour for corporate training.

  Prices will vary according to number of students/staff to be trained and the frequency and duration of the training sessions.

Technical Services

• Web Design - for corporate, small business or family web pages. Price upon application as costs will vary according to consultation time for specific design and hosting requirements.

• Technical Writing - for training manuals, procedural manuals and newsletters. Price upon application.

• Desktop Publishing and Graphic Design - for company logos, letterheads, business cards and newsletters. Price upon application.
